Features

An ISO, IMG, BIN, MDF and NRG Image management utility.

Automatically Mounts ISO, IMG, BIN, MDF and NRG Image Files.
Automatically creates a mount point in your home directory.
Automatically Unmounts the Image files.
Automatically removes the mount directory to return your home directory to its previous state.
Automatically saves the history of the last 10 images mounted.
Mounts multiple images.
Burn ISO and IMG Files to optical disk.
Generate Md5 and SHA1 checksums.
Automatically retrieves any previously unmounted images.
Automatically generates a log file of all commands needed to mount and unmount images manually.
Localizable (currently Czech, German, Polish and Spanish are available. If you are able to translate a simple text file into your language from English please contact me)

Installation

Dependencies

• fuseiso, mono, libgtk2.0-cil, libmono-system2.0-cil

Some distributions require you to add your login user name to the fuse group:

sudo adduser  fuse

Ubuntu Users

Download furiusisomount_0.8.4.0-1_i386.deb
Double click to install.

Find Furius ISO Mount under APPLICATIONS – SOUND & VIDEO

OpenSuse Users

Furius ISO Mount is available from the PackMan repository.

Slackware Users

Compile from the source file furiusisomount-0.8.4.0.tar.gz

Improved localization support:
Application now uses fall back cultures. Therefore, if the user
uses de-AT (Austria) culture,for example, the application will fall back
and use the de-DE (Germany) localization; or for es-AR (Argentina) es-ES
(Spain) will be used. Only if no fallback culture is found will the
application default to English.
